When I think of vibrating I think of those old fashion vibration machines they had for weight loss. Those fat vibration machines are funny to think about but of course this isn’t the kind of vibrations I am referring to. It is our body’s natural vibrations that are important to well-being. When we are stressed we are not vibrating optimally and are in need of a tuning fork of sorts.
There are several ways we can get our bodies to vibrate in tune with well-being. Being grateful, meditating and deep breathing are some of the ways to get our cells in tune.
My favorite way, by far, is kind words. How can words affect our body’s vibrations good or bad? Our internal and external dialogue has a positive or negative effect on how the water in our bodies vibrates. This also holds true with the water we drink. Masaru Emoto has studied water and the crystals that are formed in both water that was talked to kindly and water that was treated badly. The crystal formations in the water that had nice words said to it were beautifully formed and the crystals of the water that was treated badly were malformed.
If this is even the slightest bit true then wouldn’t you want to be vibrating at a level of a beautiful crystal? Recognize the state of your internal speak, is it kind and loving or harsh and mean. If your inner voice is mean take steps to correct it.
What I would like to see for you this week is that you vibrate like a beautiful crystal.
- Examine your internal speak. If you find your internal speak to be mean switch it up by recognizing your assets
- Take a glass jar that you can store water in and tape a kind word to it. You can change the word out daily if you like. Use words like – LOVE, HAPPY, BEAUTIFUL, or TERRIFIC
- Drink the water from the glass jar throughout the day
- Always keep an eye on your internal speak making it as positive as possible because you truly are AWESOME
Being kind to ourselves sends a beautiful vibrational message to our internal ocean and we will vibrate in an optimal state. Go forth and vibrate beautifully.
