You need:
- 1 cup brown lentils, cooked
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
To prepare:
- Heat oven to 200°C
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixed together
- Form into meatballs and put on a cookie sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Serve over spaghetti, zucchini noodles, or in a pita with marinara and provolone cheese
