Here is my easy low-carb bread recipe that I made and can be used for toast, sandwiches such as grilled cheese or even croutons for salad. Healthy, easy and simple to make to satisfy your craving.
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
5 pasture-raised eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
To prepare
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Gather all ingredients and let’s sit out at room temperature.
-Place ingredients into a hand blender or blender
-Blend until well combined and smooth
– Pour batter into well greased 8X4 loaf pan
-Bake 25 to 30 minutes
